By the way, those who are still looking for Zumba Gold classes they are still running on Thursdays I believe, with Sonya who is an excellent teacher.
An update on me and why I’m not teaching any more. I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease and also secondary bone cancer two and half year’s ago. I had a hip replacement 20 months ago. So Im not fit to teach any more as I can hardly walk!!!
I can no longer teach or dance my beloved salsa which is gut wrenching but hey ho, such is life. I’ve found other things to do.
I am travelling all over the place now i have the time. I have been 7 weeks in India alone, with my trusty walker, then I’m off to Cancun Mexico, then to Spain with my son, then a West Indies cruise before Xmas. Goodness knows where next year, probably Philippines and Sri Lanka with my daughter. I’m loving life!!!!

Zumba Gold classes are now closed for summer hols but will start up again at Manor Drive Methodist Church, Manor Drive N20 0DZ - on Tuesday 12 September 11.30am.
Remember our STRONG classes start up again on Thursday 14th September 11.00am also at Manor Drive. (not to be confused with the Zumba STRONG. My classes were devised way before Zumba had theirs).
The Zumba gold class at St Aldhelms, Windmill road, N18 1PA, Edmonton on Friday 10.00am is going on all through summer.

Happy New Year folks!
Zumba Gold classes resume on Tuesday 10th January 11.30am, Thursday 12th January 9.40am.
Both at Manor Drive Methodist Church, Manor Drive, off Oakleigh Rd North, Whetstone N20 0DZ.
Friday morning class starts up on 13th January. 10.00 am at St Aldhelms Church hall, Windmill Rd, Edmonton N18 1PA.
I need it too so come along and get yourselves fit and get that extra weight off after all the Xmas and New Year stodge and booze!

Tuesday September 8th. Zumba Gold at 11.00am Manor Drive, Whetstone, N20
Tuesday September 8th at 7.00pm (new start time combining Zumba/Zumba Gold) at Freston Gardens, Cat Hill roundabout EN4.
Thursdays 10th September at 8.15pm (slighty later start time for half the class who are always rushing in late) at Highfield primary School, Winchmore Hill N21
Friday Zumba Gold at 10.00 St Aldhelms Church, Windmill Rd N18, carries on during holidays

Our classes start back on Thursday 8th January. Remember that our Saturday morning classes are now at Manor Drive Methodist Church Hall, Manor Drive and not at All Saint's Primary school.

Remember that some of our classes close half term October 27th to 31st.
Manor Drive on Tuesday at 11.30am is open. Also the Friday classes but the others are closed.

All classes back to normal but we have changed a venue. We do not run any classes at All Saints Primary School N20 or St Georges in Enfield EN3 any more.
Our Saturday Zumba class at 9.45am is now at Manor Drive Methodist Church, Manor Drive N20 - just a short way from All Saints.

Hope you all had a great Easter!
Classes have started up again so back to the Zumba classes folks and get rid of any weight gain from those Easter egg I know you all ate!!
Just to let you know that the Tuesday 6.30 & 7.30pm at Freston Hall in Cockfosters is closed this week as there is a funeral being held at the church and they are using the halls.
I'm on my way back from Florida so see you guys Tuesday morning at 11.30am at Manor drive, n20.
