Introducing the Active Woman Lifting Club - a brand-new weekly strength programme created for women, by women, designed to empower, educate, and inspire confidence through lifting.
Each session is led by a certified female Jetts coach and follows a progressive four-week cycle: learning the basics of lifting, building lower and upper body strength, and developing core stability and confidence along the way. Whether youโre brand new to the weights area, returning to fitness, or looking to take your training further, every session is designed to meet you where you are - and help you grow stronger, week by week.
Members can also track their personal milestones through the Active Woman Progress Card, with optional challenges to keep motivation high and celebrate improvement.
