I'm embarking on an incredible 20-week competition prep journey, and I'm ready to take my physique to the next level! Starting at my highest weight ever, a majestic 113kg, I'm determined to become the strongest version of myself. πͺ
To achieve my goals, I'm making some significant changes to my nutrition plan. I'll be reducing my calorie intake from a whopping 5500kcal on training days and 5000kcal on non-training days to a more focused 3500kcal on training days and 3000kcal on non-training days. This adjustment will fuel my body while promoting gradual fat loss. π₯¦
Don't worry, though! My training regimen will remain unchanged. I'll continue pushing my limits and giving it my all. In fact, I've decided to incorporate 30 minutes of fasted cardio into my routine, further enhancing my fat-burning potential. π₯
After eight weeks of prioritizing my overall health, I'll reintroduce the cycle that has proven effective for me. Over the next ten weeks, I'll be using 400mg of Testosterone Enanthate, 600mg of Primobolan, 200mg of Masteron, and 175mg of Proviron each week. This combination will help me achieve a shredded physique from the inside out, ensuring I'm at my best for my first competition on November 12th. π
