This Sunday, join our FitThis member Maddy for a meditation-focused vinyasa flow in support of the Sudanese Red Crescent Society.

Sudan is enduring a brutal civil war that’s caused mass displacement, collapsed healthcare, food shortages, and widespread suffering: the Sudanese Red Crescent Society is on the frontlines, providing medical care, distributing food and water, reuniting families, and supporting communities in even the hardest-hit areas.

✨ All proceeds go directly to humanitarian aid in Sudan
