Part 3/3 🤍 — Where Our Cultures Became One
After celebrating our wedding, there was another part of our story that meant just as much to us — celebrating where we come from. ❤️
This wasn’t just about putting on traditional outfits or taking beautiful pictures.
It was about heritage. Identity. Family. Pride.
Standing beside my wife, dressed in our traditional attire, I felt incredibly proud. Proud of my roots, proud of hers, and even more proud that two cultures, two families, and two different histories could come together through one love story.
There was something so powerful about seeing us represent our heritage together.
The colours.
The outfits.
The traditions.
The smiles.
The families.
The love.
Every detail carried a story — a reminder of where we came from and the people who came before us.
And now, we get to carry those stories forward together.
Our cultures may have their differences, but that day reminded me that love doesn’t erase those differences — it brings them together. 🤍
I look at these pictures and see more than a traditional wedding.
I see two worlds coming together.
I see two families becoming one.
I see two people proudly saying, “This is who we are, this is where we come from, and this is what we’re bringing into our future.”
And honestly, I couldn’t be prouder to have shared that moment with my wife.
