Experience Bulgarian style weightlifting training and the Golden Sands.

Depending on the Bulgarian national team’s competition schedule we might have some surprise guests training with us and some Q&A with their coach(es).

And since we had issues previously with the quality of the print - the samples we received were washed twice in higher temperature to check the quality.

And that’s a wrap.
Limassol 2022 Olympic Weightlifting Camp was a blast💥
Thank you guys for joining us and pushing trough the 6 x 3-4 h long lifting + lift reviewing & feedback, hotel buffeting and patience while (some) feeding stray kittens.

Chill by the pool, Limassol marina, old town and beach strolls, Mastiha as pre-workout for the last day mock - competition, 6/6 - s, new PB’s, PB matches, technical improvements, tanning & tira(fish)su and bluffing the whole team into a fully booked restaurant.

Thank you for letting us use the training hall and for the nutritious food and accommodation.
We are looking forward to September 2023 Limassol Camp.🇨🇾

An absolute pleasure to announce that will be joining the coaching team! 💪🏼

Benedict has been working with Mem for nearly a year, he is an exceptional athlete and coach and we are lucky to have such a great person joining the team!

Here are a few words from the man himself:
“I started weightlifting in 2016 and have since gone on to become British Champion in the -102kg class.
I have been coaching since 2015 during my degree for Strength and Conditioning Science and then in weightlifting since 2018, firstly with my own club, Bounce Gym WLC, before coaching at Ronin Strength. I am incredibly honoured and proud to be coaching for Mems WLC. I have a long history of mental health issues as well as physical disability that has really enhanced my coaching ability as I have had to develop avenues of coaching not solely dedicated to technical training.”
