We're all terrible at remembering to do that 1 thing. For me it's remembering to take and post photos of the wonderfully enthusiastic people I get to work with. If like me you're great at forgetting that one thing and for you it's booking a bike fit to get the most out of your ride.... Come and visit, spend some time talking and working with me. Great to get to get a session in with recently. Through some discussion and some time both on and off the bike we dialled in some changes to his position and talked through some off bike suggestions to work towards being injury and discomfort free. 🚲

Got to work with this vintage Cadex MTB today. It had been repurposed as a Gravel bike some years ago but as was the fashion when threaded headsets were a thing, it had a very long stem for its size which pushed its owner into an over reached position. We updated the cockpit and dramatically reduced the reach allowing the owner to see down the road ahead without over straining the neck.

I had the pleasure of working with Birthday lady Sharon today qnd her sparkly new Boardman. Sharon's a new convert to clipless pedals and opted for the super adjustable Wahoo speedplays. Alongside a physical assessment and listening to her requirements, she's left feeling strong and confident on her new ride. Thanks for the visit and happy birthday Sharon 🎂

Following laps celebrating body positivity in cycling first thing this morning, fellow rider Nic joined me for a foot activation session at the studio with his new road shoes. After discussing a previous issue causing an elliptical pedal stroke we made some interventions to smooth out the stroke and set his cleats in the best position for his feet in these new shoes 🚲👟💪🏼

Great to welcome Phil into the studio with his gorgeous titanium Planet X Tempest. Phil was looking to iron out some neck and hand issues that's he's been having on longer rides in the saddle. Some modifications to his cleats and cockpit as well some recommendations for off bike exercises and stretching were instantly felt. Great to meet you Phil 🚲💪🏽
