So that's it! 2022 is wrapped up and we have taken the first steps into 2023!

A year with an energy of passion, there's no better time to tap into your own energy and be aware of what lights you up!

I've made a vow to myself for this year to be the year of being truly aligned to myself and follow where my energy flows freely.

The beauty in nature never fails to amaze me 🤩


From later sunrise & early sunsets, to a world frozen in a moment in time, winter is the season of rest, of quiet.

A time to go within and reflect, be still and to flow with the change in pace.

We get so caught up in the lights, the hustle and bustle and the excitement of festivities, but if you're wanting to be living in line with the natural world around you, with the energy that creates and fuels us, then finding a way to slow your pace and quiet the noise is vital 💮

Not only does this allow your energy time to recouperate and rest, it also allows space for creativity and new, revitalised energy when we move into spring 💛

From the moon and stars to the seasons and nature, from hormonal cycles to wake & rest cycles, the world around us reflects the cycle of life itself and the changing energies it brings ✨

There are things in the 2D world that are tangible objects you can see, you can hear, you can touch, and there are things that are felt, known, seen, heard that are way beyond the realm of 2D.

People spend time trying to access the reality beyond society's norm, some spend years trying to connect to whatever they are searching for...

But when you stop and look 👀 around you, the very world that we are in combines all of the realms. It is an energetic formation of all realities: lower vibration living changes the physical reality, but that reality is still an energetic realisation. Higher vibration living also changes a reality, but all of these realms, reality's and vibrational frequencies are energy!!

And the best bit?? It's accessible to ALL of us, we just have to slow down and pay attention.

If you've spent any amount of time with me you are bound to have heard me mention human design, gene keys, spiritual energy, manifestation and all things magical - it's who I am and not squashing that down anymore, so expect a lot more of that 😂✌️

But now I just want to take a minute to share the beauty of energy aligning. To talk about how it feels when you are honest with yourself about who you are, what you need and what lights you up. All of the you's!

Everything in my human design and gene keys (the blue print of who we are,our coding at source) says I'm here to guide, to lead. & Omg do I love coaching, leading, developing others, seeing transformation in individuals, groups, businesses 💖

But I couldn't find how to have the balance that I craved so much.
Career me craved the team/biz leadership 💜
Maternal me craved the family balance and nurturing leadership 💚
Spiritual me craved the intuitive, energetic, guided leadership 💛

So I checked my human design again. My manifestation strategy is it be super specific, to the tiniest detail.

So I did. I took the cravings and wrote them all down, in detail. Sat with how they felt, how they lit me up. I got clear on what having a balance of all 3 would feel and look like. What I could achieve in that balanced energy andd I sent that out to the universe ✨

Yesterday, all of the above became aligned.
The invitation was given to me (my HD strategy is to wait for invitation) and it felt right. It felt good and there was no hesitation 💖 career me is fulfilled 💜
The messages coming in from the spiritual aspect with feedback from readings and coaching are 🔥 spiritual me has space to continue growing and guiding 💚
The bond and peace in our family unit feels stronger then ever today 🥰 I can't put it into words, but there has been a shift in the energy between us all and it's beautiful 💛

And the feeling, when it's all aligned and right for you?
It feels like magic ✨ the rest of the world falls away, the conditioning in our lives becomes clear and that soul connection we are all subconsciously looking for becomes activated 💖
