Strugg city by the end of this week… (the body is sore!)

But we’ve done it girlsss - week 2 in the bag 😍

Finding the rugby / coaching balance hard with the early mornings & drives >>> but I slept 10.5 hours today WHICH is a new PB ✨☀️

Highlights of the week
• the girls (:
• the usual coffee club with codni and Carys
• back into full time training yay
• I’ve actually been working really hard on my coaching & it’s making me happy rn (:

Not so highs:
• sleep was an all time low
• THE BODY IS SORE
• a big fat finger & armpit 🐝🐝🐝
