Anjali’s teaching is an invitation to return home to yourself. Rooted in her heritage, she shares yoga as a sacred practice, guiding you to find an inner anchor that remains steady through all of life’s tides.

Her journey began in childhood, watching her Nani practice with quiet devotion. From her first class at 15, she was drawn to the way yoga creates space to explore the body, breath, and inner self as one. Deeply connected to the subtle body, Anjali has studied chakras, Reiki (Level I & II), Crystal Healing, and the Munay-Ki Rites. With a background in music, she weaves sound into her classes through immersive sound baths and Sanskrit mantra, accompanied by the harmonium.

Named after the sacred “Anjali” mudra, her classes integrate breathwork, movement, and philosophy. She views the breath as a bridge between mind, body, and soul, guiding you to move with awareness, meet yourself fully, and carry that connection beyond the mat.
