Getting to your first full plank press up is not easy but it’s not impossible!
You know what I always say: the full plank press up is an ADVANCED exercise. Rome wasn’t built in a day either so give it tiiiiiiime 😘
Consistency is key is as well. And I don’t mean train your butt off 7 days a week. But keep chipping away with small changes.
