Finally we finished with moving and housekeeping, and now our house looks a bit better (less mess and boxes everywhere). So, I can share my work out 💪
Here is a quick and effective Glutes🍑&Abs training session
5 Rounds, 60sec each exercise, no reset in between, 1-2minutes between sets
1️⃣ Goblet squat (resistant band)
2️⃣ Staggered stance RDL
3️⃣V-ups
4️⃣ Glute bridge (resistant bands+dumbbell)
5️⃣ Knee tuck climber
