Never touched a pole before? You’re exactly where you need to be.

You don’t need to be strong or flexible to start pole, and you definitely don’t need any dance experience. That’s what classes are for!

Our Intro courses are designed for complete newbies and we’ll teach you everything from scratch in a fun, supportive environment.

Curious about pole but not quite ready to commit? Start here! ✨

If you’ve never tried pole before, come along to one of our Beginner Tasters. Absolutely no experience is required — just bring yourself and have fun!

You’ll get a taste of what pole is all about, learn your first beginner moves and spins, and see how you like it.

Loved it? After your taster, you can continue with one of our six-week Intro to Pole courses or join our drop-in beginner classes.

BONUS 🤩 Tasters are £18 and if you decide to join a six-week course after your taster, we’ll credit the cost of your taster towards the course fee (so the course will be £102 instead of £120)!

If any of these dates doesn’t work for you, purchase our Intro Credit for new clients and book any drop-in Absolute Beginners class in the timetable
