Thank you to for inviting me to teach my Pre Pilates Core Connect workshop online. A lovely group of students with fantastic questions which Jing translated seamlessly🙏 Also a big thank you to Lisa for demonstrating how challenging these simple moves can be.

Although Spring seems to be slow in coming, as we emerge from the winter months, it’s a good time to think about the principles of looking after yourself and feeling more energised.

Here are some of the highlights from the second day of Master I, the journey designed by our dear Mentor ❤️

Last Friday, we connected with BASI students from all around the world and learnt from our amazing BASI Principal Faculties, Maria Sylla and Ilaria Pulidori🌟

Special thanks to .lamberti, and for this fantastic opportunity.

We can't wait to see you again for the last day of Master I in April!

We completed the first day of the second phase of the Legacy Program - Master I, the journey designed by and presented by our amazing BASI Principal Faculties Maria Sylla and Illaria Pulidori with further attention to teaching, cueing, and progression.❤

Master I explores the master-level repertoire that has seldom been part of any formal comprehensive teacher-training program, which includes 18 hours of instruction & learning.

It was a fabulous learning experience with lovely and eager students joining us from all over the world🌟

Huge thanks to , .lamberti, Maria and for making this happen.

We look forward to seeing you all in February!

• So looking forward to being with you all in Seoul.
