Ed the Garden Shed has moved to pastures blue. Having been at Puddletown for a couple of seasons whilst also representing Wimborne RFC (briefly) and Dorchester RFC (very briefly).

A proper rambunctious number 8, and if the Bridport Rugby coaches are listening ONLY NUMBER 8. A contact merchant with a scary quickly footwork. The big man will be looking to make a difference at his new club and bed in early.

Emily Seymour sees the vision, a vision of bacon and glory.

The county hot shot lit PorkFest on fire and took no prisoners, scoring 4 tries during her outing. Plying her trade on the wing for Yeovil Rugby Women, she’s an exciting player and a joy to watch. Having also an extensive and well established career at the elite level in 7s with her CV boasting: Rugby Against Cancer, PETELO ALL- STARS and RFH SAINTS. We’re sure she’ll be a key component in the ladies success.

Matty Ellis-Hawkins sees the vision for 2027.

A talented player based out of his home club: Torquay Rugby Club. Who are obviously class as they’re decked out head to toe in some truly sexy adidas kit.

Matty is a back 3 player and known for his robust playing style. Having featured for the established Oscar 7s, the Hawk has also picked up representative honours with England Deaf Rugby- a testament to his talent and hard work. We’re very excited to this man in action.

We have a fair a bit of movement in the west of Dorset.

First up we Ollie Two Names, seeking to back up the leagues and properly establish himself at the Devonian giants, Sidmouth. A proper rugby town with the club based in its heart.

Ollie having previously had a season there and picking up a few first team caps, he’s looking to jump up 3 leagues and fulfil his potential. A powerhouse, all action backline player- we wish the young man all the success he seeks.
