Tips for summer paddleboarding:
💦 Bring a water bottle with you (it’s easy to get dehydrated in the heat)
☀️Wear sun cream! Remember the water reflects the sun and increases the chance of burning
👕 wear light, cool sports gear, but bring a spare long sleeve in case you do get cold due to a change of weather or a swim 🏊‍♂️
🍺 Save the summer beers for by the river after your paddle. We recommend - you can put yourself in a lot of danger by paddling under the influence
