Mobility is your movement prep!
Before you jump into training, mobility work gets your joints moving freely, activates key muscles, and helps you move with more control.
💡 Why it matters:
– Increases your range of motion so movements feel smoother
– Reduces injury risk by preparing your joints and muscles
– Boosts performance by activating the right muscles before you start
Tip: Try to mimic the movements you will be doing during your activity, i.e. for running, march on the spot, driving your knees up.
