In the absence of our wonderful Instructor Heather for Mondays 7am Reformer Pilates session we have drafted in Georgia Heaven

YES… THE ONE & ONLY GEORGIA HEAVEN IS FINALLY IN THE HOUSE!

This Monday, Georgia is stepping out of the fight gym and into The Gym Lounge Reformer Studio to take our 7AM Reformer class.

And she brings a pretty serious CV with her…

A COMMUNITY LIKE NO OTHER. 💙

You can join a gym anywhere.

But finding a place where you actually feel like you belong? That’s a different story.

At The Gym Lounge, we’ve built more than a place to train.

It’s the familiar faces.
The conversations between sets.
The people who notice when you’ve been missing.
The encouragement when you’re struggling.
The celebrations when you hit a PB.
The friendships that started simply because you trained at the same gym.

New Kit installed!
This time its the Hip Press from

Amazing piece to add to your leg day routine.

Great piece for Quads and Glute contraction.

Quad: Lower foot position
Glute: Upper foot postion

Two loading points.
Lower Loading for higher intensity (feels heavier)
Higher loading for lower intensity (feels lighter)

Different strength curve to grow and build 💪

Just like our coaching the gym is looking for progress over perfection. But with another quality addition like this we are getting closer.

If “just eat less and do more” was the answer to lose fat and keep it off, you’d be lean already - and you wouldn’t be doing the same reset every single year 🫵🏻

Our online client Lucka here trains twice a week.
Nope. Not a typo - TWICE.
Right now she’s in the best shape of her life 💅🏼

Meanwhile, you’re doing double the work for half the result ( if any ).

She’s been training and trying for 2 years before joining our online programme. Lost fat before - never kept it off.

The problem is never that you’re not trying to do it. You are. No one’s just ever shown you how to do it in the way that sticks.

Then last week she sent us this message ( scroll) and allow us to translate:

“Ooooomg I’m SO excited, thank you thank you thank you 🙏 first time in my life I’m eating a lot AND losing fat 🤭🤭🤭 and it’s all thanks to you and being with you 🥰 I’m so grateful” ❤️

Imagine this:
Doing less, eating more than you ever had and leaning out week by week.

And it’s not because she’s gifted and you’re broken.
We just stopped guessing and started eating and training like we actually had a goal.

She can’t stop showing off her muscle definition. Husband’s seen it, friends have seen it, and she’s not being humble about it either - and so she shouldn’t be 😄💅🏼

This is not vanity.
This is a woman who put in the actual work and decided she’s allowed to be proud of what she’s building here 👑

Before Corinne came to us she was doing what I think a lot of you are doing right now.
Following a random training plan off the internet and “not eating bad”, hoping it adds up eventually..
Well..it didn’t.

Sooo..we started with an actual plan built for HER and her goal - but most importantly - not just following it. Actually working on executing it properly and training with intent.
Backing up her hard work with specific nutrition requirements not just “eating well” to allow her to drop bodyfat and start revealing the actual muscle definition.

This is just first 12 weeks of actual STRATEGY.
She’s just signed on for another 6 months - imagine what that’s going to look like 😍

If you’ve been training and trying, and you still wouldn’t be proud of your own photo in bikini, it’s probably not about doing more and trying harder, maybe it’s time to try “differently”.

Remember - doing the same wrong thing for years just makes you really good at doing the wrong thing 😉
