It is a 10-week online course that instils the principles of a coaching mindset. It lays the foundation for effective conversations, improving performance and unlocking potential and a learning mindset within individuals and teams. You will refine coaching skills and techniques and have the opportunity to experiment and receive feedback in a safe learning environment and learn from peers facing similar challenges.
