— EFT tapping → calms the nervous system + reduces overwhelm
— Breathwork → regulates the body + creates emotional release
— Rest + meditation → gives the body space to soften + repair
— Free movement + dancing → builds connection, expression + freedom
— Spinal movements → releases tension + brings energy back into the body
