Peace out Instagram see you on the other side ✌🏼

I’ve loved sharing my marathon journey, I’ve loved being more open and honest on social media.

But I’m also seeing and feeling the level of energy this platform requires. Not everyone feels this but I’d be lying if I said I found social media always very energising. I don’t.

Which is why I’m stepping back from it before the marathon. To be able to physically, mentally and emotionally gather some space.

To also take every single second in of something I’ve trained hard and long to be able to do! 🇦🇺✌🏼🌏💖
