What an absolute treat it was to be invited to speak at with Chalkhill Blue]

I shared my favourite stories from the ocean, including that time we almost got squashed by a massive tanker and the incredible night under the stars rowing through phosphorescence ✨

I spoke about some of the toughest moments we experienced and the strategies I used to navigated them.

It’s amazing how many similarities there are between high performance sport, adventure expeditions and building a business.

This was a real privilege. I was met with boundless energy, brilliant curious questions and people being generous in sharing their own stories with me.
