My legs and bum on fire though, and I could shower in my own sweat hahaha ewwww.
Reached level 20, but only 20sec,then down to level 10 for almost 2min. Working my way up! 🙌🥳

We worked together twice a week for 2 months, then once a week and I wrote him a workout plan to follow when he was working out on his own.
Do you want results? Learn how to workout in a correct and efficient way. If you go to the gym and you are not working out correctly, you are just losing time, and you can get injured.
