🎉 ONE YEAR OLDER, TEN YEARS STRONGER! 🎉
Officially a decade deep in this grind. Here’s 10 hard-earned truths I’ve learned from 10 years of blood, sweat, and gains:
1️⃣ Track EVERYTHING.
If you don’t know where you’re at, you’ll never get where you wanna go. Measurements + pics = your roadmap.
2️⃣ Tried every diet under the sun - vegan, pescatarian, carnivore, paleo.
The BEST diet? The one you actually STICK TO. No excuses.
3️⃣ Results boil down to 3 things:
Eat clean. Sleep right. Train smart. Do these, and you’re unstoppable.
4️⃣ Power ≠ Aesthetics.
Train with purpose. Each muscle has 1–3 killer moves that’ll get you there. (Hit me up for the secret sauce!)
5️⃣ Motivation is FIRE, but CONSISTENCY is the STEEL.
Take action fast, even if it’s small. Hype fades - discipline stays.
6️⃣ Progress ain’t a straight line.
First 3 years? Gains come fast. After that? It’s waves and plateaus. Ride them like a boss.
7️⃣ This journey? 100% PERSONAL.
Your only competition is the person you were yesterday. Beat that.
8️⃣ Supplement smart, not hard.
