We are now running our new fitness class designed around the popular and most efficient self defence training system, Krav Maga.

Kids classes will be held on Mondays at 6pm

Adults classes will be held on Mondays at 7pm

We also run Boxercise classes for both kids and adults which run at the same times on Wednesdays.

Morning everyone..
My name is Chris H and I run a super fun and fitness aimed summer boxercise class for kids!
