Iman, I am SO proud of you!!

This woman never liked the gym. Never enjoyed fitness.

Said it just “wasn’t her thing.” And now? She absolutely LOVES it

She’s been training super hard and the transformation isn’t just physical - it’s the whole vibe.

Here’s what we DIDN’T do to get her here👇🏽

High protein curry mince the whole family will eat!

My secret? I blend ALL the veg into the sauce, peppers, onion + spinach... they’ll never know 😏

Nearly 50g protein & only 300 cals per serving 😲

✌🏽SERVES 2
400g 5% beef mince
½ red, ½ yellow, ½ green pepper
½ onion + handful of spinach
2 tbsp curry powder
2 tbsp tomato puree
Spoonful of Fage Total 0% (extra protein + creamy!)
Salt, pepper, coriander

Add a little spice if your kids like it 🌶️

Blitz the veg → brown the mince → stir in veg → add spices + puree, simmer 10 mins → wilt the spinach → pop the fage on the side

📊300 cals | 49g protein | 10g carbs | 7g fat

May bank holiday in our house is never just a bank holiday!

SO between my best friend’s birthday AND my sister’s, it’s basically a whole weekend event every single year - and I wouldn’t have it any other way. The chaos, the laughs, the food, the celebrations... honestly it fills my cup every time”

But now? We’re firmly back to reality. Routine restored.

Meal prep on. Workouts happening. The whole thing.
..except Mason has decided to come home from the weekend with chicken pox Because of course he has. Mum life is NEVER boring, I’ll give it that.😄
