After snapping, breaking everything you could possibly do in both knees, 5 knees surgeries….

I have avoided running and some others activities for 20 years+ due to pain, convincing even myself that I made the right decision.

I finally listened and applied what I advised, tell my patients.

Now be so close to the nature, outdoors activities I challenged myself, running, skiing, cycling…

Results after a few months is that I have NO PAIN…and running & enjoying it. (Thanks to my mate Christophe Champs for my trail trainers recommendation Mizuno Corporation Mizuno Corporation EMEA )
