The championships always brings the magic, but this year it brought all the emotions.

Dahlia, saying goodbye to this chapter feels completely surreal. Watching you compete, pour your heart into every stride, every jump and represent with so much grace has been an absolute privilege. Thank you for the unforgettable memories, the highs, the lows, and the pure inspiration you’ve given all of us.

You’ve left your mark on this championships, and while I’ll miss seeing you crush it here, I cannot wait to see us conquer whatever comes next. Forever your biggest fan.

And then, the torch is passed. Jesse, your English Schools journey is only just beginning, and wow… what a start. The energy, the hunger, and the raw talent you brought to the arena this weekend proves you are exactly where you belong. This is just page one of a very exciting book, and we are so ready to watch you write the rest of it.

People see the gold medal. I see the journey.

I see the first session back after injury, the cautious steps, the controlled movements, and a determination that told me she wasn’t done. I see the body rebuild, all reconstructed piece by piece. I see the days where progress was slow, but her mindset stayed fast.

At the weekend, Dahlia didn’t just jump for gold, she jumped with a champion mindset forged through adversity. I’m proud of her. I’m Inspired by her.

This is what happens when an athlete and coach commit to the process together. This weekend’s gold is the outcome. Her mentality is the lesson.

After injury, Dahlia chose commitment over comfort. She rebuilt her body, her confidence, her strength, and her belief. Every session, every correction, every setback, she kept moving forward.

That’s why this medal matters to me. It’s the product of a champion mindset.

And I couldn’t be prouder of the athlete she’s becoming.

Champions aren’t made on competition day. They’re made in the quiet, consistent work that nobody sees.
