A massive congratulations to our Starboy JJ on winning the Jimmy Murphy Award at for Manchester United as well as being named U18 Premier League Player of the Year 🏆.

To achieve this as a U15 — becoming the youngest ever player to win it — is simply unbelievable and a reflection of the hard work, mentality and quality he shows every single day.

JJ is without a doubt one of the world’s best young talents and we are incredibly proud to be part of his journey and development.

We’ve prayed and planned for these moments and this is exactly why all the sacrifices have all been worth it.. everyone will see the accolades now but not many has see what JJ and his family has gone through to get to where they are now.. the scary bit about this all, we haven’t even touched the surface of what there is to come.

Massive congratulations to one of our very own… U14 George Faux for officially signing with Crystal Palace ❤️💙

This one hits differently because of the journey we’ve been on together.

George first came to me at 8 years old — couldn’t properly kick a ball at the time, but what he did have was something you can’t teach… a willingness to learn and a real hunger to improve.

By U11s, that hunger paid off — he earned and signed his first contract with West Ham United.

His time there wasn’t easy. Injuries disrupted his progress, and eventually he was released. There were moments where we questioned whether moving to a top academy so early was the right step.

But setbacks don’t define you — how you respond does.

George came back home to at U13. We had honest conversations, built a plan, and committed to it. It wasn’t always smooth, things didn’t always go our way… but we stayed patient and trusted the process.

Now look where we are.

One of the most gifted left-footed players you’ll see — and another example of the pathway here at Top Ballerz FC is proven with players coming out from academies; they come back, rebuild, grow in confidence, feel valued again… and earn their way back into the academy system.

George, I’m proud of you. Keep working, stay grounded, and enjoy every moment of this journey.

Big shoutout to his amazing family as well — it hasn’t been easy, but together we made it happen.

George becomes the 4th Academy Signing from our U14s alone this season with a further 2 currently on trial at CAT 1 Clubs.

This is only the beginning… let the journey continue ⚽️✨

This event will bring together top grassroots players and recently released academy players to compete in a high-level environment with specific scouts in attendance.

U12 JACKSON SIGNS FOR SPURS ✍️

Massive Congratulations to our very own U12 Jackson for officially signing for Tottenham Hotspur earlier this week.

Been working with Coach Josh for the past 2 and a half season and made himself a massive part of our all U12 Volts Squad.

We’ve come across a lot of players and families over the years but honestly Jackson is one of the most humble down to earth kids you’ll ever come across and that’s a massive credit to his amazing supportive parents.
