Your core includes the muscles that surround and support your spine, from your neck and jaw all the way down to your pelvis and pelvic floor. It works with your diaphragm, shoulders, hips and trunk to create stability, balance and efficient movement.
In simple terms:
👉 Your arms and legs can only move well if the centre of your body is stable.
