Ever feel like you're not at your 100%? Guess what? It's OKAY. 🙌 We all have those days - in the gym, at work, or just life in general. Social media can sometimes make it seem like everyone's living their best life 24/7, but remember, behind every perfect pic there's a story we might not know.

Not every day is sunshine and rainbows. 🌦 It's okay to have off days. In fact, it's those days that make the good ones shine even brighter. So when things get tough, just do YOUR best. That's where the real progress happens! 💪

Let's promise one thing: Ditch the 'everything's perfect' perception. Embrace ALL days, good and bad. Because we're all in this together, figuring things out, one day at a time.

I absolutely love witnessing people take on challenges and work towards improving themselves. That's exactly what the Fit in 14 challenge is all about! The second round of the challenge attracted even more participants, making it a thrilling competition. This time, I introduced a leaderboard, adding an extra level of excitement until the very end. We had three potential winners, but Prema stood out as the ultimate champion. She consistently put in the effort every single day and truly earned the £200 cash prize. Congratulations, Prema! You are the winner of Class 002's Fit in 14 challenge!!

I won’t, lie working with coachable individuals is always a pleasure. When people come to me to work on their journey the 2 biggest hurdles and opportunities at the same time are:
To pass on the coaching experience in a way that the other side can understand (which is a two way process by the way) and to make people aware of the delayed gratification and why is it important not to rush things!

AS/PT Personal Training & Wellness is not just a business to me - it's my passion, my purpose, and my calling. It's a reflection of who I am and what I stand for.

But it wasn't always easy. When I first started, I faced countless challenges and obstacles. Finding clients, building a brand, and staying motivated were just a few of the struggles I had to overcome. But I never gave up. I knew deep down that this was what I was meant to do, and I was willing to do whatever it takes to make it work.

Through hard work, determination, and a willingness to learn, I slowly but surely built my business from the ground up. I accumulated over 4000+ coaching hours and 10000+ hours working on the business, refining my skills, and perfecting my craft.

And now, as I look towards the future, I'm more excited than ever. I'm ready to take everything I've learned and push myself even further. I'm willing to learn and adapt to new challenges, to explore new opportunities, and to make a bigger impact than ever before.

My ultimate goal is to help over 10,000 clients, to make them happier, healthier, and more confident. It's a lofty goal, but I'm ready for the challenge. I'm grateful for every client I've worked with, and for every client I'll work with in the future.

This business is more than just a way to make a living - it's a way to make a difference. And I'm honored to be able to do what I love every day, to help people transform their lives, and to make the world a better place, one client at a time.
