Final post and farewell (for now) from me 💕

As many of you probably know I’m stepping back from my SOS classes for maternity leave, so I can get ready for bump’s arrival 🤰🏼

It’s been a joy to teach my SOS Greenwich community over the past 5 1/2 years. Hundreds of you have walked into our little studio to dance your feels, unleash your inner confidence and strut it out like the true Queens you are 👑 Thank you for dancing with me and it’s been incredible to meet so many amazing women, with some truly special bonds formed along the way 🫶🏼

SOS Greenwich classes will still be running with Kami () now taking the lead 💃🏼 So please head to her page for all routine and timetable updates, and continue to slaaaay and bring the vibes to Greenwich ✨

Week One of ‘Temperature’ ❤️‍🔥 And my FINAL class teaching whilst I take a little break 🤰🏼

All the feels for this one including the incredible highs and vibes brought by my Greenwich Queens for this full out routine 🔥 You did not mess around tonight!!!! 👑

And then full of love and gratitude to have a final farewell dance with all you gorgeous women 💕 Whether it was your very first class or you’ve been part of this community for way longer. I’m definitely going to miss my Tuesday nights dancing with you all 💃🏼It’s not a goodbye forever, but just see you soon as I add ‘Mumma’ to the job description 🫶🏼💜

To all the incredible women I’ve taught and met at SOS Greenwich classes✨
To all the inspiring women and girls in my life who are the greatest cheerleaders and support system✨
To every single woman out there doing great things, no matter how small or big they appear✨

Don’t let the world convince you that you need to shrink yourself👑
Embrace all your strengths, weaknesses, quirks and superpowers👑
And continue to advocate for and empower the woman that you are, and are still growing into 👑

That’s a wrap on PUSH 2 START 🎬

And the SOS Greenwich Queens got 2 for 1 BOSSES as Kami and I taught our first class together 👑

We loved dancing to this routine to celebrate this week 💕 And being the ultimate hype girl for ourselves and each other! ✨

Next week we’ll be moving onto a new routine dancing to ‘Temperature’ by Sean Paul 🔥 It’s going to be full our and bootylicious, so get ready to bring ALL your sass and energy to class! And it will also be my final class before Maternity leave 🥺 So come and spend one final slaaaaay with me next week to have the best send off 💃🏼

Introducing the wonderful Kami who will be taking over my classes from 18th March! 👑💜

Hey Queens of SE London! 👑✨💃

I’m Kami, your newest SOS Boss in Greenwich to join the amazing and empowering community of ✨

⭐️ Some bit about me:
I started in June last year as a queen dancing with after long 10 years of convincing myself to go back to any studio. Phew, made it. I was hooked since day one with SOS 👑❤️

I used to dance as a teen, wanting to be cool or the next Honey, but whatever the reason, it made me fall in love with dancing. It made me feel empowered, sassy, myself, confident, happy… you name it. ❤️✨💃 And now I am ready to empower other queens 👑

💪🏋️‍♀️I am also a crossfitter and I love being more than just one label ✨⭐️

is changing the world and women by dancing, empowering them, bringing joy of movement. Routines from our A-list choreographers are in studios every 2 weeks, from dancers working with Beyonce, Dua Lipa, Lizzo, and much more, so every woman can feel special! ✨
