Most men I work with want to get “shredded”… but they want more than just that
They want to feel confident and in control
They want more energy when they wake up, more confidence when they walk into a room, they want that t-shirt to sit well and to stop feeling guilty about the fact they’ve been saying they’ll get back into shape for the last few years
They want to be stronger, fitter and proud of what they see in the mirror
but they also want to feel good day to day in the process
