👋 Hi There! I am Nina Monteiro, your BalletBums instructor in Blackheath and Dartford.
🩰 I have danced ballet for 32 years! I started when I was 6, in Rio de Janeiro, my hometown.

✨I danced professionally in Brazil and in Germany.

🇬🇧 In the UK, I founded my own dance school and I had my 4 year old son, Eric. Two of my favourite things in life!

🙆🏻‍♀️🍑 I qualified in BalletBums last year because I was missing my workouts too much! BalletBums is the type of training that helps me and my clients get in shame, using my knowledge of ballet and love for fitness!

💕 I am passionate about movement and people and I love being able to get to know my clients, work on their needs and help them achieve the best version of themselves.

🙌 You totally should come along to a class with me. I’m sure you’ll have fun and yes, you’ll work that BalletBum!
