I've never formally introduced myself on this platform, so here it is:
My name is Jessica Bentley, and I grew up in South Africa, where I graduated with a Degree in Sport Science from the University of Stellenbosch.
In 2017 I found my passion for Sports Massage when I was part of the support crew for the Unogwaja Challenge. This experience then lead to the opening of my own Sport Massage practice in 2020.
At the start of 2021 I moved to the UK to work with a 5* Equestrian Eventer and today I am a Sport Massage Therapist/Soft Tissue Therapist in London.
Some career highlights include working at the Sani2c, 3 day 265km mountain bike race; manager and recovery/rehabilitation specialist for the Girls U18A KZN Inland team; and working with the South African Men's Hockey team in their build up to the Tokyo Olympics.
