MARK WINGETT IS SIR ALGERNON BLENKINSOP-CARVER!

After many visits to the Duke of Devonshire, the Duke of Buckingham, Lord Roberts and the British Queen Sir Algernon Blenkinsop-Carver is very tight with the British aristocracy. And after visiting the Happy Taxpayer the Honest Politician and The One-Eyed Dog, Sir Algernon Blenkinsop-Carver is even tighter!

What a great lush - er - luscious actor he is! Who can forget his role as the Great Detective in the Victorian classic The William – or his role in Quod? – a tale of Oxford students fighting in Brighton?

Marvel as this world-renowned thespian gives a rendition of poetry the like of which will never be heard again, especially if the people of Portsmouth have anything to say about it!

One admirer of Sir Algernon quoted in the Baffins Tribunal in 1872, said: “It really was that famous actor! His name was on the tip of my tongue. And that’s why I stuck it out at him, your honour.”

Join Sir Algernon at The Groundlings Theatre on the evening of NOVEMBER 20th and 21st, for HOLMES FEST a trip to the Victorian Music Hall – and witness his intoxicated – er – intoxicating performance with your own eyes!

Great dive with police boat in Brighton today. 1st dive Pentrych, 3mt viz, nice dive. Kitty upset, everything was berried up. 2nd dive ledge 2mt viz, .Nice undulating Ray and lots of small crabs !!!
Temp 8c. Great to be back in water.

If you travel to Swanage pier, you will find Cosmos Sub Aqua club plaque. It has been there since 2000. This used to be our favourite dive spot.
