I’ve been lucky enough to get a ballot place for London Marathon 2025! Even though I’m sh*tting myself (to put it bluntly), I really want to make the most of it so;

I will be raising money for Save The Children. It’s a charity I’ve always felt most admiration for and the work they do is incredible. They work closely with the children of Palestine- thousands of them are homeless, injured, parent less and starving.

STC aids children all over the world, suffering due to genocides, politics, climate change, conflicts, poverty etc… They believe every child should have the future they deserve, and that’s what they work to achieve.

To be honest, no amount of money anyone can raise will ever be enough, but EVERY donation helps aid & ease a child’s pain and suffering. So every pound counts.

I start my training plan in August, but I’ll be kicking July off with a ‘mile a day’ to get my comfort levels up (I’m such a self-conscious runner so I hope to get over this finally!)

Just the start & we’re down from 77.7kg (angel numbers hehe✨) to 70.9kg!!! Be in the 60’s in no time. 🤩*

Being a boss ass manager & buying her first house has made time for exercise a struggle, so we have focused on short HIIT & Circuits at home. Amber’s worked so hard in a calorie deficit without missing out on summer fun, she’s still been able to enjoy eating, go to socials & enjoy a glass of wine without feeling guilty. 🤍

Just the start of an amazing transformation. Cannot wait to see more and more progress🤩🤍

With the best help of my coach- I achieved these results in just 5 weeks.

I was put on 3500 calories, an 8 day lower focused split & effective rest has been really important for me too.

I feel like having one of the BEST coaches out there myself () 🫶🏻 I have first hand experience of having an amazing coach, program design & I know exactly what needs to go in to it at both ends, so I’m really using this to my advantage in my coaching! 😁🤍

Just over a month ago, Tilly was feeling really unhappy with her body & asked me to help her. So we eased her into a calorie surplus and resistance training that didn’t make her feel too uncomfortable in the gym (gym-xiety!!).

In such a short period of time we can see the glutes have started to become fuller and are shaping nicely! Proud!! 🤍😚

She’s put her training & eating on pause whilst she’s off on her travels; but we can’t wait to get back into it and see what we can do over a much longer period of time.

If you’re a busy person who forgets to eat through the day / resorts to snacking rather than eating nutritious meals- look what just a few weeks of sticking to PROPERLY FUELLING your body and a few consistent gym sessions per week can do! 🏋🏼‍♀️🍎

Lockdown was where my sister came to me for help to lose weight, literally all started with simple circuits using a few dumbbells and resistance bands from our living room!😂

2 years of commitment has made such an immense change, and now Sophie’s focus is to gain lean muscle, tone up, and get stronger💪🏻

Soph was incredible as sticking to her calorie deficit whilst also being able to enjoy all her favourite foods & treat visits to her favourite restaurants- proving you don’t need to restrict yourself or cut out any food groups! 🙌🏻🤍

3-4 resistance sessions per week, 10k steps a day, replacing fizz with water, a calorie deficit and a whoooole lot of commitment!! Proud is an understatement🤍

As her sister, it’s been such an amazing thing watching her gain her confidence back & wearing all the clothes she wants to wear- also means I have a second wardrobe at her house since we’re now the same size😉😂
