🧿 Do you find yourself absorbing other people’s energy? It could be a negative co-worker, an overbearing family member or an extra-strange stranger. Sometimes it can be difficult to keep others people’s energy from rubbing off on us. But we need to protect/manage our own energy to keep our health and happiness in tact. 💭 Our life is just the result of compound interest.

This was one of my favourite “aha’s” moments last year.

🎬 “Every action you take is a vote for the type of person you wish to become.” - James Clear

We can apply this to any area of life.

Whether that’s continually ignoring the little red flags and intuitive nudges leaving us feeling stuck in an unhealthy relationship.

The culmination of poor financial decisions, or the compound interest of our health and fitness tendencies.

The thing I like most about it though, is the idea of making compound interest work in our favor!

The idea of small little intuitive choices slowly steering the ship into alignment with the life we *know* is possible.

Check yourself before your phone 👁

How often do you check on your phone before anything else in the morning?

I know I found it hard to stop myself from grabbing my phone & flicking through it to connect with others before myself 🤦🏻‍♀️

But once I started to meditate before anything I responded or looked at anything outside of connecting with me first.

This isn’t selfish this is essential to your wellbeing & mental health don’t feel the need to check in with others before you.

As by checking in with you, you will connect with others in a more mindful way 🙏🏽

In the long run have better communication & connection outside of ourselves will make life so much less stressful & you will find me ease/flow.

I know this is important to my clients & I believe it is for most for things to feel effortless 💕
