We're stepping back from social media for a while. After the super successful pilot programme we ran in late March we have taken the time to relish the results and digest the feedback from our participants.

We've got lots going on in the background for The Wonder Works and have decided to take time to plot out exactly where we are going and how we want to get there. We have so much we want to achieve with The Wonder Works so this is not goodbye, it is adieu for now. We will be back after the summer with exciting news and updates.

Now, this might not be an insta-perfect pic but sometimes, the universe sends a sign…spotted this one in the corner of an empty shop front in London.

Let us, let you in on a little secret...you don't always have to know exactly where you're going, but you do need a map. And it's OK to draw it as you go 🤯

We'll use ourselves as an example...we know we have valuable skills, and we know we want to support other people in their journey to a better working life. But we don't know, yet, exactly what that looks like...and that's OK.

We've started with a concept. We put on a pilot workshop to test out our thinking, and now we're reviewing what we've done so far and are deciding on next steps. We know what we want to do and we're working out the best way to do it as we go.

What floats your boat? Gets your juices flowing? Makes you want to be productive and do the stuff that needs doing? When do you get your best ideas?

Whatever it is, this is your reminder that sitting at a desk for hours, trying to get stuff done, and done well, is not doing you any favours.

For some, it might be that listening to musics helps to stimulate their creativity, others need to physically move their bodies, some need fresh air whilst others paint or get lost in a good book. Whatever it is, don’t neglect it when you feel like your to-do list is endless because that’s exactly when you need it most.
