🎉 Celebrate with Me! 🎉 I've hit 1,000 reviews on my ETSY store! 🌟
This achievement means so much to me - here's why:
1. My ETSY store is where I started my brand , 12 years ago.
2. Since then, I've expanded to selling on my own website & driving traffic to it. Believe it or not, I never ever promote my Etsy shop because, well, why would I? 🤷♀️
3. My Etsy sales are organic. It takes my staff just 2 hours a week to maintain, and it's grown to the point where it's like passive income for me. 💰
4. The average review on my store is a dazzling 4.8 STARS! 🌟 That's quite an achievement on a marketplace like ETSY, where customers can be quick to leave negative reviews 😩🙈
5. It feels like the years of hard work building my brand have finally paid off. After so much trials and experiments, I've reached a stage where Etsy contributes over £10k to our monthly revenue! 🙏
Here are some secrets that have got me here:
1. Providing good customer service (average rating of 4.7 STARS). Treat your customers well, and they'll keep coming back!
2. A unique product focus with an emphasis on top-notch quality. Quality over quantity, always! So many new businesses make the mistake of wanting to make a quick buck so they compromise on the very thing that will keep them in business 🌟
3. Data, data, data! Collect and analyse your data. Forget about copying other brands; your strategy is unique to you. Do more of what works and fine-tune it.
4. Rome wasn't built in a day! Progress is a journey. Don't compare yourself to others; keep growing and evolving.
5. Stay a lifelong learner! Digital marketing and e-commerce is ever-changing. Keep learning, implementing, and consider getting a mentor or enrolling in courses.
