And thereโs only really 4 things you need to get better at that:
๐Work Harder Than Anyone at Your Craft: Make sure youโre trying to get better day by day. Remember this is what pays your bills, this is what you build your life around and this what could make you financially free in the future. If your good at what you do youโll enjoy it more and be able to help more people making it more fulfilling
๐๏ธWorking out: This is a non negotiable really, how you do one thing is how you do everything so if you want to grow as a person you need to grow your body both physically and mentally. Thereโs no excuse why no one canโt workout 3-4x a week. No, your schedule is not to busy, no itโs not too hard, no it doesnโt require a lot of time. It just requires a couple of hours a week to commit to self growth.
๐ฅNutrition: This is the hardest part of it all. It requires the most commitment, the most time and the most money. However, it also has the most rewards out of everything on this list. Body fat correlates towards testosterone, fatigue, athletic performance, mood, energy levels. Everything so if you want to get control of what you do with your life, Get control of what you eat first.
Sleep: Another hard one to get right, with excessive drinking, a busy schedule, a phone with lighting that constantly draws your attention. We always put this on the back burner and scrape through life never fixing it but without good sleep weโll never be able to recover and rest so we can attack the next day
