๐Ÿ˜“Work Harder Than Anyone at Your Craft: Make sure youโ€™re trying to get better day by day. Remember this is what pays your bills, this is what you build your life around and this what could make you financially free in the future. If your good at what you do youโ€™ll enjoy it more and be able to help more people making it more fulfilling

๐Ÿ‹๏ธWorking out: This is a non negotiable really, how you do one thing is how you do everything so if you want to grow as a person you need to grow your body both physically and mentally. Thereโ€™s no excuse why no one canโ€™t workout 3-4x a week. No, your schedule is not to busy, no itโ€™s not too hard, no it doesnโ€™t require a lot of time. It just requires a couple of hours a week to commit to self growth.

๐Ÿฅ—Nutrition: This is the hardest part of it all. It requires the most commitment, the most time and the most money. However, it also has the most rewards out of everything on this list. Body fat correlates towards testosterone, fatigue, athletic performance, mood, energy levels. Everything so if you want to get control of what you do with your life, Get control of what you eat first.

Sleep: Another hard one to get right, with excessive drinking, a busy schedule, a phone with lighting that constantly draws your attention. We always put this on the back burner and scrape through life never fixing it but without good sleep weโ€™ll never be able to recover and rest so we can attack the next day

And actually be humble enough to learn and actually progress linearly

Rather than having to go back to correct the things you didnโ€™t sort outโ€ฆ

All my clients walk away with near perfect form, great technique when lifting.

Trainers be so desperate to scrap up a pound note theyโ€™ll tell people what they want hear

Not what they need to hear

Plus I donโ€™t get why everyone thinks bulking is this magic formula that makes you build muscle.

More than likely if you actually are overweight you have enough calories and fat stores to actually get energy

Secondly, you should be worrying about losing weight for your health.

Thatโ€™s why I donโ€™t get people in infinite cycles of bulking/cutting I use my body recomposition method

Which allows all my clients not only to optimise health

But self esteem
