London kickboxing was founded in 1998 and it was the first kickboxing club to be established in Chiswick and then in Ealing, West London. London Kickboxing provides kickboxing classes in London, personal training, self-defence, martial arts and fitness for men women and children. We offer you a comprehensive training program that incorporates the latest technical developments in kickboxing. You do

n't need to be fit before you start as you will get fit through regular kickboxing training. Adults may start at anytime and any age. Children's starting age is 7 years old. Whether you simply want to get fit and/or learn to defend yourself London Kickboxing is the right club for your needs. Sparring is optional, “Light Continuous” and practised under strict supervision.

ACTON WEEKEND CLASSES
From Saturday, June 20th, the classes will revert to the original times and will run in the Sports Hall.
Children and adults:
Saturdays, 12noon to 1pm
Sundays, 12.30pm to 1.30pm

The Twyford Sports Centre will be closed this Saturday, May 30th. As a result there will be no classes. On Sunday, May 31st, the classes will run as usual.

ACTON - School Exams at the Twyford Sports Hall

Unfortunately, these exams will affect our weekend classes. Therefore, from Saturday, May 2nd until Sunday, June 14th, inclusive, the classes will run in the same centre but in the smaller studios.

ADULTS
Saturdays and Sundays from 12noon to 1pm

CHILDREN
Saturdays, 11am to 12noon
Sundays, 12noon to 1pm

These studios are not too large so it would probably be best if you could train at the Arts Ed in Chiswick.
