One of the biggest mistakes people make with training is trying to come to the gym more than what their schedule allows or thinking that coming 5/6 times is the correct amount.
If your schedule allows you to then go for it but for most people who want to lose a bit of fat generally 3/4 times a week is more than enough.
Better to have 3 quality sessions that come 6 days a week doing nonsense
