The 🔑 to my personal weekly fitness motivation?

Obvs if you find your ride or die thing, do that ’til your hearts content but your workout routine shouldn’t be something monotonous you force yourself to do once a week because you feel you have to. 😩😰✋🏼 Why not challenge your body in different ways to keep things funky fresh?🕺🏼
Perhaps focus on strength training one day and enjoy improving your downward dog in a Yoga class on another? 🧘🏼♀️Dive into a sweaty Jump class on a Monday but then fire up those abs to target your core stability in a class on a Tuesday?🤷🏼♀️
I like to keep the mind and body guessing by training in a variety of different ways. This is why I personally, could never teach just one style class!😅
Barre, Weight training, Jump, Dancing, Running, Kick boxing, Reformer Pilates…. Get out there and get vulnerable. 🤜🏼
You are *worthy* of giving yourself these opportunities. 😌
There are so many amazing classes out there, no excuses for your workout routine to be BORING!😏 You may even end up suprising yourself by finding a new skill😉 💘🏋🏼♀️🚲🏊🏻♀️🧘🏼♀️👟💃🏽
