It’s International Learn to Swim week! We know learning to swim is great for fitness, extra mobility supported by water, fun and most importantly it can save your life.
Learning to swim is also far more than just swimming up and down a pool by yourself which can put many people off or kids can get bored of.
With different aquatic activities, it can be used for socialising and working as a team, moving body in ways you can’t on land, and also become a mermaid or merman all with the skills of artistic swimming along with diving and water polo, lifesaving plus underwater hockey. These also enhance current swim and water safety skills.
