Just only a week ago!! and still buzzing from dancing with many Zins celebrating 25 years of Zumba!!🎊🥳🎈
I just want to thank you all!!
Your All A-mazing.💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽🕺🏾💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽
I enjoyed everyone's individual flair and interpretation of the fun Zin volumes through out the years.
I don't do these events much!! But felt so much joy performing in front of a welcoming crowd.
(I was seriously having butterflies inside before for real!!🤪)
But praise God for giving me the confidence to make that leap🙏🏽
As another Zin recently said and I agree that dancing is definitely not about having the best choreography and movement but having the best time of your life!! 😉
Dancing gives me so much joy and the best stress relief!! And I'm thankful for my community that I have x

Last weekend memories at my first Summer Fair doing clubbercise with the lovely Jess 😁💃🏽💃🏼
At Queens park community school.
Our first time ever doing a duo together after meeting at also another first clubbercise conference for instructors in March.

From one londoner to another,there are not many of us.So was nice to dance together in front of a sweet crowd..showing that clubbercise is for everyone!!👍🏽 and on a beautiful sunny day🌞
I had so much fun!! And I Iook forward to dancing with you again.

HAPPY INTERNATIONAL DANCE DAY😉💃🏾

Well a lil bit belated lol.. but I went to Blackpool's
International Fitness showcase literally a month ago!!
And been meaning to share!!

This was my 2nd year and was even better!!!❤️

This will be Part 1 of a few lol..

SO DANCE...is one of the best ways to introduce people to different traditions and cultures and that's the main reason that I fell in love with Zumba!!!❤️💃🏾

Dance is the ultimate activity to distress,loose inhibitions,meet new people and boost physical health and can be enjoyed by everyone.❤️

These are some snippets of a fantastic weekend last month!!!
I did several classes...

Ballroom fitness(one of the reasons I went back..❤️)
Clubbercise of course!!! (Always plenty inspiration by amazing instructors!!❤️)
