My heart is so full looking at this 💛

Stable & Able is so much more than a class — it’s a community. In New Malden and New Haw, I get to witness people show up for their bodies and for each other, week after week. Laughter, encouragement, confidence growing, friendships forming… this is what it’s all about.

I’m deeply grateful to every single person who walks through the door, brings their energy, their courage, and their kindness, and helps make this space feel safe, supportive, and joyful. Movement connects us, but community keeps us coming back.

Thank you for trusting me, for supporting one another, and for proving that strength is built better together. ❤️

🎓 I GRADUATED TODAY! 🎓

I did it. Today, I officially graduate with a degree in Criminology and Psychology — and it still feels surreal.

This isn’t just a piece of paper. It’s proof that I kept going on the days I wanted to give up. It’s late nights, early mornings, tears, growth, self-doubt, and determination.

All while raising a toddler, running a wellbeing business, and studying hypnotherapy on the side.

There were moments I wondered if I was asking too much of myself… but I always came back to why I started. To show my child that we are capable of rewriting our stories, of healing, of learning, of becoming.

To anyone juggling more than they feel they can carry: you are stronger than you think.

This chapter is closing — but it’s only the beginning. 💫

Thank you to those who supported me, believed in me, and held space for me when I needed it most.

Here’s to chasing dreams and building a life with purpose and passion. 💛
