London Grapple We are a grappling and MMA gym based in Deptford, South-East London. We specialise in grappling under the guidance of our Head Coach, Ross Nicholls.

We are located in two railway arches, easily accessed via London Bridge, Canary Wharf and Greenwich. Our MMA programme is run by the highly experienced, Matt Inman. Our classes cover all ages, abilities and preferences; from kids as young as 4 through to the competition-aspiring professional athlete. Open 7 days per week, with 40+ classes on offer across multiple disciplines and skill levels. Clas

- Gi classes 6 days per week
- No gi classes 7 days per week
- Kids classes 3 days per week
- Wrestling classes 2 days per week
- MMA classes 4 days per week
- 2 open mats per week
- We support and encourage cross training, all drop-ins welcome

Our first grading day of 2026 is just one month away 😬

Kids promotions will be taking place during their usual class time. Adult promotions will run from 10:30-11:30am, followed by rounds until 1pm.

We’ll be celebrating the year with Christmas drinks at from 1:30pm onwards. All active and available members are encouraged to attend 🤝

Interclubs are a great way to gain REAL experience in MMA...let’s drop the generic AI slop.

Fighting is hard and contains risks. If you’re an MMA beginner - currently training or not - interclubs are a tried and tested pathway to assess where you’re at before fighting as an amateur. It gives both you and our coaching team data to work with. And importantly for the athlete, a chance to review if fighting is something you want to commit to.
