Number-1 I look after me first; number-2 I still chose me first number-3 I still look after myself first then number fourth I’m strong enough to be helpful to others. If you can’t swim you’re gonna have to be the watcher not the rescuer; painful ain’t it. The point is, look after you so you’re able to support others.
