Dear Reader,
For 13 years I've taught Parkour, calisthenics, weightlifting, acrobatics, injury therapy and everything in between but now...it's time to go solo 😈
I, for one, am about 1000x lazier than I was 3 years ago, so while working as a PT in New Zealand & Australia, I formulated a hybrid approach to getting fit, strong and fast because unsurprisingly, our threshold for bulls**t has gone waaaaay down.
You might still prefer the thrill of autonomy and that's cool, but if you let me be the devil on your shoulder for just 2-3 hours a week, I'm certain we can make the kind of progress that'll have your friends thinking you sold your soul.
