A good trainer should do everything in their power to empathise and understand their clients' difficulties.

I was overweight too once and I haven't forgotten how that felt. In clothes and on the playing field.

It was the coaches that prized effort over performance to which I owe the greatest debt.

All Levels Parkour classes in East & West London.

Parkour is everything that modern fitness isn't. It has no plans for you, it's yours from day one until you give it away. It can be a softly spoken word or an immovable onslaught of emotion.

It can be for anyone, but it is not for everyone.

Being weak is the most dangerous thing you can be and is probably the reason most people are:

⭕️ Unable to play sport
⭕️ In pain/chronically injured
⭕️ Struggling to make any progress
⭕️ Just plain bored with exercise

A little quality time with the right coach can lead to some incredible, game-changing realisations. My clients and I are looking to spend LESS time in the gym.

In order to provide custom training programs that ensure each member progresses as fast as possible, everyone begins the same way:

1️⃣Get in touch - Problems are often solved by more communication, not less. If we discuss your training, I'm confident that you will have a better understanding of what you need, even if the solution lies elsewhere.

2️⃣Functional Movement Screen - We don't need to spend weeks testing you before we figure out what you can and can't do to improve, but knowing where the red flags are gives us a quick and easy baseline to work from.

3️⃣Functional Strength Standards - Lastly, we focus on what you're good at! Certain movements and your ability to perform them paint a picture of your overall condition and they're often not what you'd expect...

Dear Reader,

For 13 years I've taught Parkour, calisthenics, weightlifting, acrobatics, injury therapy and everything in between but now...it's time to go solo 😈

I, for one, am about 1000x lazier than I was 3 years ago, so while working as a PT in New Zealand & Australia, I formulated a hybrid approach to getting fit, strong and fast because unsurprisingly, our threshold for bulls**t has gone waaaaay down.

You might still prefer the thrill of autonomy and that's cool, but if you let me be the devil on your shoulder for just 2-3 hours a week, I'm certain we can make the kind of progress that'll have your friends thinking you sold your soul.
