"We would like to wish a healthy and successful season in the National League North.

A team which sets the bar extremely high when it comes down to talent and hard-work ethos.

Our GPS analysis throughout a tough pre-season helped the coaching staff to connect the physical demands of their "high-intensity" playing style with the training session design.

Training load management and weekly physical performance goals setting, have been the two key "ingredients" so far.

MEET THE TEAM

George is a UKSCA accredited coach and MSc graduate from Loughborough University. He is a certified Functional Movement practitioner, an ISAK level 1 anthropometrist and a qualified FA level 3/UEFA B football coach.

He has primarily worked as a Fitness coach in football and is currently based in London working with team-sport athletes on personal training level.

George’s experience in athletic development expands from gym and pitch-based support, in both group and individual setups. His scientific interest is around strength and power as well as pre and rehab training interventions.

We see ourselves as three individuals whose lives have been nurtured in football both as players and practitioners.

Our previous experience of playing at the elite level alongside our coaching and academic background, constracts a team of practitioners who can delve into any level of football and help athletes, coaches and clubs reach their full potential.

Our philosophy is built upon treating every individual according to their needs and capacities.

In our second collaboration with at their eventful showcase day at Bradford, we supported a number of really talented players towards their pursuit of success.

The story didn't end there as we keep on working on an individual basis with a great group of players, programming their off-season and return to pre-season physical training.

Been working with Andrew Coulson goalkeeper during his 5 week off-season period with emphasis on his shoulder and thoracic area mobility, landing mechanincs and explosive strength.

Training is a process and each individual needs a specific approach. Working with Andrew has been excellent as his communication skills and desire to learn and improve are second to none.

As his position demands, a mobile and strong upper body in harmony with the lower body's ability to produce force quickly, were the two key factors of our training design.

Supplementary work included core strength and aerobic conditioning.

Looking forward to seeing Andrew performing in the Northern League this season and transfering all his hard work on the pich.

We support players in every level of football. For this reason we have attended the recent showcase event from .

A key aspect of our support was the provision of individual physical performance report to football scouts, agents and club representatives attending the event.

We are looking forward to the next ISM event in Bradford at 17th of June.
